A lot of people have reservations about camping. They think it’s uncomfortable or old-fashioned. But just the opposite is true. Because one of the most important aspects of going on holiday in a tent or camper van is that it is individual, self-determined and close to nature. In short: Camping means a piece of freedom.

We live by this philosophy at our family run campsite in Mettingen. Pay us a visit and get to know our campsite as well as our beautiful region! We look forward to seeing you!

We have 55 touring pitches, including 45 luxury pitches, and 45 permanent pitches, some of which are screened by attractive hedges. We offer a variety of grass pitches. The choice is yours:

Panoramic pitches: These pitches are located on a lovely sunny hillside. They offer campers a unique panoramic view over the surrounding countryside.
Valley pitches: These sheltered pitches are located in the valley in a former quarry. In the morning you have the sun, while the little wood surrounding the pitches provides cool shade in the afternoon.

Our luxury facilities also include direct chemical toilets and grey water pump-out, direct fresh water supply and a 10 amp mains supply.

We also have two modern ablution blocks with showers, family showers, toilets and private washing cubicles.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the site and can be used by guests free of charge. Camping is fun when it’s like this!
